I hadn’t seen them since big sister was first born and snuggling her fox, so I wasn’t surprised that little sister has her stuffed turtle!
I absolutely encourage siblings to be part of the newborn session!
We start with the whole family and then try for photos of the kids together.
After that, a few solo images of the bigger kids, and then they can go off and be entertained elsewhere, or stay and watch (and help if they want, it’s really ok!)
A newborn session is truly about where you and your family are at this moment, in all it’s wonder (and all your I wonder what’s happening at the moment) – It’s a short time. Make a record of it.
