Ogunquit Maine Vacation Photos

Captain adorable to the rescue!

These Ogunquit Maine Vacation Photos included something I’ve always wanted to do.

Which is weird, my obsession with crossing things? There’s a chicken joke in there somewhere I’m sure. Remember when I got so excited to cross the Arthur Fiedler Bridge during those Boston Family Photos?

Anyway – this lovely family was celebrating this little one’s first birthday! They rented a cottage on the riverside of Ogunquit.

In all my Footbridge Beach Sessions, I’ve crossed the Footbridge Bridge and remarked (to myself) how cool it is to able to cross the river when the tide is right!

This family timed their session so we could walk across the river and back during low tide for beach + river side photos!

Now, cool might not be the best word for the muddy, weird, suck your shoes off your feet texture of the riverbed, but it was still crazy fun. Dad bravely went first to ensure the depth (or lack there of) and I’m pleased to report my cameras were not harmed in the making of these photos.
