When we last left Charlie, he was happily being doted on by his humans during Kristin’s Spina Beautiful Brand Session.

I’m not sure he knew what was coming, but he seems to be mostly handling it with grace and decorum.

We started in the nursery with her fantastic gold polka dot sheets and giant fluffy elephant. Then we went into the living room for some propping up.

Charlie followed us around like a … well … like a lost little puppy.

Then, I put Miss Louise down on the floor and he immediately followed suit. They were nearly identical in positioning and then they turned towards each other.

And..

LIIIIICK.

OMG it was priceless. And Louise LOVED it.

I laughed so hard I had tears rolling down my face, all the while immediately checking the back of the camera to see if it was as epic as I thought it was going to be.

After some family photos and a long feed, I thought I’d gotten her into deep REM sleep, but little miss don’t wanna miss a thing took a gentle cat nap and 3 minutes later was bright eyed and bushy tailed.

She was however, perfectly content for some nakedbaby photos and brought her A game in strategically placing those cute little legs of hers!

It cracked me up when they sat down on the couch for family photos and Charlie was immediately in the center of it all, but also perfectly content to let the baby be resting on him.

You can tell Charlie is feeling a little misplaced though, but I’m sure they’ll all find their groove!

I can’t wait to snuggle some more, Louise!!
